Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Manager.

Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at construction sites in County Kildare, Ireland.

Duties include managing the construction team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, monitoring progress, coordinating with suppliers and sub-contractors, and maintaining project timelines and budgets.




  • Work as part of a Site Management team on construction projects from beginning to end and ensure all deadlines are met

  • Manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projects

  • Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed

  • Manage quality control for the lifecycle of the project and ensure all project documentation is managed correctly

  • Ensure material and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule

  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Legislation

  • Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team



Requirements as follows;



  • 2 Years experience in site management

  • Setting out capabilities an advantage ( not a requirement )

  • Ability to read and understand design team Drawings & Specifications

  • Good organisational skills required to organise, assign and monitor works for crews

  • Knowledge of and Experienced in working to Health and Safety regulations

  • Ability to implement quality control procedures

  • Be highly organised and the ability to work to Construction Schedules

  • Good ability to convey tasks and ensure quality of outcome
