Residential Conveyancer

Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Residential Conveyancer position based in their Burnley offices.

You will be joining the well-respected Residential Conveyancing team and will be providing clients with high-quality services and excellent care.

Within this Residential Conveyancer role, you will be:

• Taking ownership of your own residential conveyancing caseload from inception through to completion


• Shared equity/ownership transactions


• New build transactions


• Remortgages and equity release


• Help to Buy transactions


• Right to Buy transactions


• Transfers of equity/ownership

The successful candidate for the Residential Conveyancer role will ideally have 2 years' previous experience within Residential Conveyancing, is able to work well as part of a team, is organised and has a keen eye for detail and is wanting to establish themselves in a reputable law firm, for the long-term.
