Location: Leinster/ WFH
Salary: €45-55, 000, vehicle, laptop, bonus, subsistence (based on experience & performance).

We are seeking a highly qualified and detail-oriented BER Assessor to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in evaluating building energy performance and compliance with established regulations and standards.
As a BER Assessor, you will be tasked with conducting thorough assessments of residential, utilizing advanced methodologies to determine energy ratings.
This position demands not only technical expertise but also an ability to communicate findings effectively to clients and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in energy management, sustainability practices, and relevant legislative frameworks.
You will engage with clients to provide tailored recommendations that align with their specific needs and objectives, ensuring optimal energy performance in their buildings.

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed BER assessments for residential properties.
- Utilize various assessment methodologies to evaluate energy performance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings and recommended improvements.
- Engage with clients to explain energy ratings and assessment processes.
- Stay informed about relevant legislation and industry standards.
- Provide guidance on energy efficiency measures and sustainable practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance energy performance initiatives.
Requirements
- Relevant certification as a BER Assessor under current regulations.
- Proven experience in conducting energy assessments and audits.
- Experience in Airtightness Testing and/ or Ventilation Validation a distinct advantage
- Strong understanding of building energy performance standards and legislation.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using assessment software and tools.
