This role represents ongoing growth for the firm's Northern Real Estate practice and is an excellent opportunity for a technically astute and ambitious lawyer who is looking to develop their career with a major brand firm.

As a Real Estate Associate based in Leeds you will be working as part of the firm's leading national Real Estate team - one of the largest in the UK.

The practice handles a huge variety of Real Estate transactions, advising on all aspects of real estate including major acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development, property finance and more.

This generally is across a number of sectors including retail, manufacturing, industrial and so will be a great opportunity to gain a wide variety of experience.

The firm works with an impressive client base and has a really modern approach to working.

You definitely won't be a 'backroom' lawyer, they offer a dynamic and encouraging environment which is a great platform for you to progress as a well rounded Real Estate Solicitor.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organisation skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Our client has specified that candidates should have around 1-6 years PQE to be suitable for this role, ideally you will have amassed real estate experience within a major law firm during your training contract and/or post qualification, however the firm is also happy to consider those coming from smaller practices and provides excellent support and training.

There are multiple positions available and all references to PQE are simply given as a guide.
