Lead Quantity Surveyor

A Lead Quantity Surveyor is needed to manage two significant development projects in Wandsworth

Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum
Location: Onsite in Wandsworth, with occasional head office work in Westminster

Responsibilities:

• Manage principal contractor activities


• Oversee scaffolding operations


• Coordinate render stripping and installation


• Manage cladding and brickwork replacement


• Lead project technical and logistical aspects


• Work with trainee surveyor

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction surveying


• Strong project management skills


• Excellent technical knowledge


• Ability to manage complex construction projects


• Immediate availability preferred
