Commercial Litigation Paralegal

A boutique firm in Altrincham is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join their highly regarded Commercial Litigation team.

The team is at the forefront of resolving complex disputes with strategic precision and a client-focused approach.

As a Commercial Litigation Paralegal, your role will include:

• Supporting solicitors in all aspects of commercial litigation cases, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and professional negligence claims.


• Preparing and organising legal documents, such as pleadings, witness statements, and court bundles.


• Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.


• Assisting in drafting correspondence and reports for clients.


• Managing case files and ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.


• Liaising with clients, counsel, experts, and other third parties involved in litigation.

The ideal candidate:

• A law degree or equivalent legal qualification (LPC is advantageous but not essential).


• Previous experience in Commercial Litigation.


• Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules.


• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.


• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft office applications.
