Dairy Engineer

£25,000 - £40,000 DOE

I am currently working with a family run business with ambitious growth plans who are recruiting for an dairy engineer.

This role will be predominantly field service but will also involve work onsite in Ripponden.

Dairy Engineer Requirements:

• Experience working within the dairy/milking industry or a keen interest in this area
• Able to fault find and repair on dairy/milking equipment
• Great interpersonal skills
• Must have a driving licence
• Strong working knowledge of dairy farm operations across a variety of farm, electrical and mechanical disciplines

Dairy Engineer Duties:

• Travel to customer sites to attend to breakdowns or servicing and planned requirements.
• Attend site to install and repair a full range of dairy production machinery
• Fault finding and repair across a range of agricultural equipment
• Support farmer customers by communicating technical benefits of its parlor and milking equipment packages
