Employment Legal Director

We are working with a major trade union, looking to recruit a high-level Employment Solicitor position, to work at a strategic, senior management level.

The union is one of the largest in the country and has members across a wide range of sectors - both public and private.

The role will be based in London or South Yorkshire (but with travel between sites) and is being recruited on a part time, job share basis - to work 3 days per week.

The ideal candidate for this position is likely to be a c.

10 years + PQE Employment Solicitor, with significant experience practising within industrial and employment relations law.

You will ideally have solid experience with law firm management and/or strategy - this role will sit on the Senior Management team.

This is an office-based position located in London/South Yorkshire.

There is an excellent benefits package on offer which includes final salary pension and over 30 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).

The role is to work 3 days per week, on a job share basis.
