Family Solicitor

Job Responsibilities:

• Independently manage family law matters: divorce, financial settlements, children issues, cohabitation disputes, and domestic violence.


• Take the lead in shaping and growing the family law department.


• Conduct advocacy, legal research, and business development activities.


• Assist the Director with specific tasks and high-value cases as needed.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years PQE (or equivalent) with experience in managing privately funded family law caseloads.


• Ambitious and commercially astute, with a flair for networking and business development.


• Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
