Position: Senior Physiotherapist
Location: Croydon
Pay: up to £45,000 plus benefits and enhancements
Hours: Full time and Part time is available - Flexible working pattern and mixed shifts
Contract: Permanent

MediTalent are recruiting for a highly skilled Physiotherapist to work for our client - a leading healthcare provider for one of their industry leading facilities.

This position involves leading group sessions such as recreational activities for residents as part of care schemes.

You will take a senior position to aid in the smooth administration of therapy over patients with complex physical/ cognitive disabilities.

You will be responsible for providing physiotherapy services to patients with various conditions by acting as a point of call for those around you such as nurses and healthcare assistants.

You will manage your own caseload and ensure your patients receive the right treatment plans.

What our client is looking for:

• Degree in Physiotherapy


• Neurological or respiratory background (Training can be given)


• Caring and compassionate


• Organised and ability to manage care plans

Responsibilities:

• Manage a clinical caseload and ensure residents receive high-quality care.


• Be professionally and legally responsible for your work.

Perform specialist assessments, including:

• Neurological physiotherapy and neuro-musculoskeletal evaluations.


• Developing individualized physical therapy or activity programs based on a variety of intervention options.


• Monitoring and evaluating progress using valid outcome measures to ensure resident-cantered care, guided by frameworks such as the ICF.


• Carry out respiratory assessments and provide support for complex non-invasive ventilation therapy.
