EL/PL Paralegal

An award-winning firm in Manchester is recruiting a Paralegal to support their excellent EL/PL Personal Injury team.

As an EL/PL Paralegal, you will:

• Provide essential support to a team of five fee earners.


• Draft CNFs, client and witness statements, and Schedules of Loss.


• Prepare instructions for medical experts, counsel and court documents.


• Request, review, and collate medical records.


• Research case law on liability and quantum.


• Laise with clients to provide upgrades on case progress.


• Prepare court bundles and manage billing.

The ideal candidate:

• Experience in EL/PL or general Personal Injury work.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• The ability to work well in a team and independently.


• A commitment to delivering excellent client care.
