Residential Conveyancing Secretary

Sacco Mann are looking for an enthusiastic Residential Conveyancing Secretary who is looking to work for a firm with a fantastic reputation across Nottinghamshire.

This role will be based in the firms Nottingham office and would suit a legal secretary who has been working in a Residential Conveyancing team for at least 2 years.

Joining the team, you will be working 1 on 1 with a Residential Conveyancer.

Your day-to-day duties will include managing the diary, digital dictation, drafting documentation, completing SDLT forms, pre and post completion work, photocopying, scanning, and much more.

The firm are ideally looking for a Residential Conveyancing Secretary who has worked in this area of law for several years, ensuring that you can hit the ground running in this role and offer first class support to the Conveyancer from day one.

You will be hard working and will have strong prioritisation skills.

This position is able to offer a range of salaries as the client has flexibility as to the level of skills and PQE required.

The actual salary offered to the successful candidate will reflect their specific experience, skills, and level of PQE.
