Position: Team Lead Neurological Physiotherapist
Salary: £46,000 - £50,000 Per Annum

Are you an experienced and passionate Physiotherapist with a deep understanding of neurorehabilitation? We are looking for a Team Lead Neurological Physiotherapist to join our specialized neurorehabilitation centre, renowned for providing exceptional care to patients with both short-term and long-term neurological conditions.

In this leadership role, you'll work closely with the Therapies Lead to manage and mentor a dynamic team of physiotherapists while advancing your own professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in physiotherapy assessments and design comprehensive treatment plans for patients with complex neurological conditions, including Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Stroke, neurodegenerative diseases, and spinal cord injuries.
- Lead clinical audits, gather and analyze outcome measures, and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient care.
- Conduct clinical risk assessments, identifying potential challenges and implementing effective risk management strategies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, fostering their professional development and ensuring the highest clinical standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Physiotherapy with active HCPC registration.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-graduation experience in neurological physiotherapy, with hands-on expertise in treating patients with neurological conditions.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Strong commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and staying current with best practices in neurorehabilitation.
