Working closely alongside the Corporate Partners, you will be exposed to a range of high-calibre corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, MBOs and MBIs, corporate restructuring and reorganisation, banking and finance, transactional due diligence and more.

Alongside the impressive caseload, you will be involved in the business development and marketing activities of the department, meaning you can start to build a name for yourself in the market.

Our client is looking to recruit two lawyers and can therefore look at any level from NQ to Legal Director level.
