Commercial Property Solicitor

Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Commercial Property Solicitor role and are looking for someone who can take ownership of their caseload and support the wider team with investment work, acquisitions, disposals and give confident, strategic advice when required.

Within this Commercial Property Solicitor role, you will be dealing with your own caseload of matters that includes:

• Acquisitions and Disposals


• Freehold and leasehold matters


• Landlord and tenant disputes


• Real Estate portfolio management


• Same and leaseback transactions

The successful candidate will have 2+ years PQE and can successfully maintain high-quality, client relationships, have excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills as well as a keen attention for detail and can be a team player.
