An award-winning law firm is currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its West Yorkshire office.

Our client are a forward thinking firm and have a passion for making a difference to people's lives.

The firm is long established within the region and has a great reputation in the market.


Due to the team's busy nature, you will need to be able to hit the ground running with a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, new build sales and plot purchases, transfer of equity and much more.

Their residential conveyancing team get a lot of referrals from clients and repeat business and would ideally like to find a solicitor who enjoys the business development and marketing aspects of the role.

For this reason, the opportunity would really suit someone who really enjoys client contact and meeting new people.


Our client is seeking a NQ+ PQE Solicitor, however, this is purely given as a guideline and candidates with more experience will be considered for the role.

They do need a solicitor who is willing to be pro-active and be enthusiastic about this opportunity, fully taking on board the training that is offered and wanting to progress in the role.
