Top 50 ranked law firm looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Partner into their Manchester offices.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Commercial Property Partner role within a well-established and highly-regarded team.

You will be specialising in the Healthcare sector, working for a broad Healthcare clients including small to large care providers, private hospitals and on behalf of the NHS.

Within this Commercial Property Partner role, your responsibilities will include:

• Running your own full caseload of Commercial Property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and freehold/leasehold work


• Taking part in Business Development Initiatives and marketing


• Liaising with clients, maintaining relationships and building up your own network


• Helping to develop the overall department

The successful candidate for this Commercial Property Partner position will be confident in their own ability, is looking to take the next step in their career and wants to help develop the overall legal practice.
