Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Corporate Partner role within a Top 50 ranked legal practice that is reputable for their excellent workplace culture.

This role will be specialising in the Healthcare sector, and you will be working as part of a large and well-respected team.

You will be working with a wide range of clients from very small care providers to some of the largest in the UK on matters including:

• Mergers and Acquisitions


• Company formation


• Corporate restructuring


• Corporate Finance and Banking


• Unincorporated businesses


• Joint ventures and shareholders
