Personal Injury Paralegal

A specialist Personal Injury team in Eccles are recruiting an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to handle a caseload of RTA and EL/PL claims.

The role requires you to independently manage a caseload of claims and progress them through the MOJ/IOC portal.

The caseload will consist of infant claims, MIB untraced, and foreign claims, whilst maintaining a high standard of client care.

The ideal candidate:

• Experienced in managing a caseload of fast-track personal injury matters.


• Familiar with Proclaim case management software.


• Commercially aware and client focused.
