Fantastic opportunity for a results driven Operations Manager to get on board and have full responsibility where you will work closely with the managing director to reach company goals.

This established company who operate within the engineering sector pride themselves on quality of service to customers.

Due to a reshape they now require an Operations Manager to jump straight in and get to work on day 1 shaping the company's future.

If you are up for a challenge then this position is for you, have full control of operations.

This Operations Manager Role Will Include:

* Implementing new processes within the business


* Working directly with the director


* Oversee stock processing, including prioritising workloads, parts ordering


* Reviewing current processes and adapting where needed

The Successful Operations Manager Will Have:

* Previous Operations Management experience


* Experience within engineering


* Commutable to Thaxted
