As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll work with a dynamic team to maintain and optimize specialized tools and machinery used in transforming raw materials, such as clay, into high-quality construction products.

You'll ensure equipment operates efficiently, minimizing downtime and enhancing production performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct essential maintenance and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.


• Assist in developing and improving the agility maintenance system.


• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to maintain productivity.


• Maintain critical spares to ensure smooth operation and minimal disruptions.


• Enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by driving innovation and improvements.


• Uphold health and safety standards and conduct thorough risk assessments.

About You:

You're an experienced multi-skilled maintenance engineer with a background in production environments.

Passionate about safety and continuous improvement, you're eager to contribute to a team that values innovation and excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• Apprentice-trained in mechanical or multi-skilled engineering.


• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems diagnostics.


• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.


• Proficient in IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.


• Excellent Knowledge of PLC's


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.


• Awareness of IOSH standards (desirable but not essential).
