Production Supervisor

The Role
As a Production Supervisor, you'll take the reins of day-to-day factory operations, ensuring smooth workflows, meeting KPIs, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

You'll lead by example, balancing a hands-on approach with strategic oversight to create a productive, innovative, and supportive work environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.


• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing lean and 5S principles to optimize efficiency.


• Manage and inspire the shopfloor team, ensuring training and development needs are met.


• Oversee production planning in collaboration with the Production Planner, optimizing schedules and resources.


• Maintain a safe, compliant, and well-equipped factory environment, championing QHSSE practices.


• Troubleshoot production issues, monitor performance data, and drive solutions to improve output.


• Support machinery maintenance and ensure production equipment is always ready for action.


• Act as a key player in achieving shopfloor KPIs and supporting business-wide goals.

About You:

• At least 5 years in a shopfloor production role within a factory setting.


• A strong leader with excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.


• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, planning, and scheduling.
  
  Proficiency in D365 or similar ERP systems is a plus.


• Passionate about health, safety, and quality, with a drive to foster a collaborative team culture.


• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
