Your responsibilities for this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role may include:

• Running your own caseload from inception to completion of Residential Property and secured lending matters including freehold/leasehold, purchases and sales and remortgage matters


• Liaising with clients and third parties


• Supporting more junior members of the team


• Taking part in business initiatives


• Providing sound and professional legal advice

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who has taken a seat in Residential Conveyancing during their Training Contract or has at least 6 months previous experience at a Paralegal level and is wanting to establish themselves in a well-respected law firm, is confident in their own ability and are able to hit the ground running on their files.
