, Installation, configuration, and monitoring of Windows and Linux servers

, Support of the ALSO internal telephony landscape (Cisco, Teams)

, Support of the ALSO internal Contact Center solution (Voxtron and Teams)

, Support of the group-wide Exchange environment with connected subsystems

, Support of security solutions (NoSpamProxy, ...)

, Ensuring system operation

, Configuration of central system monitoring

, Troubleshooting , Performing backup/restore/recovery

You bring with you:

, Completed training in the IT field

, Practical experience in IT support

, Windows Server knowledge

, Linux Server knowledge

, Knowledge in the area of Active Directory, Azure AD and Azure, MS365

, Good network basics

Location: Remote, DACH

Salary: €65,000 - €80,000
