A unique opportunity to join a leading motorsport team as a Calibration Engineer, specializing in powertrain performance and efficiency.
Key Requirements:
✅ Degree in Mechanical Engineering (2:1 or above) (MSc/PhD desirable)
✅ Strong knowledge of internal combustion engines, hybrid systems & turbocharging
✅ Experience with test programs, dyno testing & powertrain calibration
✅ Proficiency in data analysis tools (INCA, MDA, CANape, Matlab, Simulink, etc.)
✅ Structured and data-driven problem-solving approach
Role Responsibilities:
🔹 Develop and optimize powertrain calibration for performance, efficiency, and durability
🔹 Conduct rig, dyno, and simulation testing to refine control strategies
🔹 Analyze data and validate powertrain systems for drivability and lifecycle requirements
🔹 Support vehicle testing locally & internationally
🔹 Work closely with internal teams and customers to develop solutions under tight deadlines
