Credit Hire Supervisor - Hybrid

A Legal 500 defendant firm in Manchester are seeking an experienced Credit Hire professional with great leadership skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity to supervise and develop a high-performing team while managing a small caseload of your own and working with a hybrid arrangement.


As a Credit Hire Supervisor, you will:



  • Lead and motivate a team of credit hire fee earners.

  • Oversee case allocation and workflow management.

  • Coach and develop team members to meet performance targets.

  • Conduct file reviews, manage MI reporting and ensure SLA compliance.

  • Work closely with senior leadership to drive operational excellence.

  • 3-5 years' experience in credit hire at a senior litigation executive level.

  • Strong liability experience and strategic decision-making

  • Knowledge of fast track, small claims and stage 3

  • Experience managing strict SLAs and quality assurance standards.

  • A proactive leader with strong organisational and mentoring abilities.
