Sacco Mann is once again working in partnership with an AIM listed business which is a pioneering force in the development of green energy.

The established legal team is an integral part of the overall group and following a restructure is now looking to add a solicitor into the team, offered on a hybrid basis, with x3 days required in the office in Sheffield (nr Meadowhall).

Those seeking part time are also welcome to apply.

It is likely to suit a UK qualified solicitor who has strong commercial acumen, an interest in the sector and some previous experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements.

Some of the issues are complex and challenging, but equally rewarding - you'll join a team and organisation which is genuinely making a difference and is likely to remain a leader in this field.

Candidates from corporate/transactional backgrounds or insolvency are equally welcome to apply and we anticipate this probably attracting solicitors in the 4-8 year PQE mark.
