At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor to join our client's growing team based in Waterford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes:

• Participate in the management of project budgets, cost plans and feasibility studies as appropriate.


• Assisting with tenders and completing tenders.


• Monthly valuations and variations.

Experience you need:

• Level 8 degree in Quantity Surveying.


• Good written and oral communication skills .


• Good problem-solving skills.

• Able to work well under pressure, on your own and also as part of a team.
