Assistant Site Manager - Residential - Exeter

Established regional residential house builder are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their award winning team. 

You will be working within the Exeter area on an existing development, with all future work being local. 

The Role:

• Day to day running of the development 
• Following NHBC processes and procedures
• Following site plans and framework to ensure phases are finished on time and budget
• Reporting into the Site Manager 
• Managing direct staff as well as subcontractors 

The Candidate:

• Relevant qualifications (SMSTS/CSCS/First Aid)
• Driven, enthusiastic and career driven
• Strong knowledge of NHBC regulations
