A leading Legal 500 ranked firm in the defendant arena is currently seeking a Catastrophic Injury Solicitor to join their growing team in Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious legal professional with experience in Personal Injury Litigation to work on high-value, complex cases.

As a Catastrophic Injury Solicitor, you will:

• Manage a caseload of catastrophic and serious injury claims.


• Assist senior lawyers on multi-million-pound cases.


• Provide expert advice on liability, quantum, and litigation strategy.


• Draft legal documents and engage in settlement negotiations.


• Deliver top-tier client service and build strong relationships.


• Stay ahead of legal developments in catastrophic injury and insurance law.

The ideal candidate:

• A qualified Solicitor or CILEX, NQ+ PQE.
  
  


• Experience in defendant personal injury litigation is preferred.


• Strong background in catastrophic and/or serious injury claims.


• Deep knowledge of personal injury law, liability, and quantum


• Outstanding analytical, organisational, and communication
