Are you a Newly Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor or early in your post-qualification journey, looking to join a reputable regional law firm with exposure to good-quality work?

Our client is a well-regarded regional law firm with offices across Harrogate, Leeds, and York, seeking to expand their commercial property offering.

With a strong presence in Yorkshire, they are keen to build on their success and grow further.

The department, based in Harrogate, is a small, close-knit team, providing the opportunity to work directly with the Head of Department.

You will gain hands-on experience in a wide range of real estate matters, including commercial leases, landlord and tenant issues, and property development across various sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an NQ to 1-year PQE Solicitor who has already had exposure to Commercial Property during training or a previous role.

The firm is known for nurturing home-grown talent and offers excellent opportunities for junior solicitors to progress within the team

If your PQE falls outside of this range, don't worry - the firm is open to considering candidates with varying levels of experience.
