Motor Fraud Litigation Executive

Our client is a highly regarded Legal 500 firm, currently seeking an experienced Motor Fraud Litigation Executive to join their specialist counter-fraud team in Bolton.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within one of the most established and respected counter-fraud teams in the UK.

As a Motor Fraud Litigation Executive - you will:

• Manage a caseload of litigated RTA fraud files for a variety of insurance clients.


• Work closely with experienced claims handlers and lawyers to deliver successful case outcomes.


• Identify and capitalise on strategic litigation opportunities.


• Play a key role in shaping the future of counter-fraud strategies.

The caseload will cover a wide range of fraudulent insurance claims, including:

• Bogus passengers


• Staged/contrived accidents


• Fraudulent exaggeration


• Induced accidents


• Low-speed impact claims


• Late notification claims


• Credit hire fraud


• Linked and organised crime

What they are looking for:

• Experience in civil litigation claims handling and a legal qualification (ILEX, LPC, etc)


• Knowledge of the litigation process and CPR.


• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent advocacy and client care skills.


• Ability to work independently and within a team.


• Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
