Estimator

An architectural metalwork company is looking for an Estimator for a permanent role in North Essex, to start ASAP.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per year
Package: Company pension, 25 days holiday
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM (Flexible: 9 AM - 5:30 PM)

Duties:

• Prepare estimates for various architectural metalwork projects


• Use SimPRO database for pricing and cost calculations


• Manage project estimates ranging from £100K to £3M


• Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure accurate costing

Requirements:

• Experience in architectural metalwork estimating


• Proficiency with SimPRO (or similar estimating software)


• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
