Job Role

As a Family Partner, you will play a key role in driving the success of the firm's Family Law department, handling complex private family matters while leading and developing the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of high-net-worth financial settlements, divorces, and private children matters
  , Leading and mentoring the family law team
  , Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  , Driving business development and contributing to the firm's strategic growth
  , Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements

• 10+ years PQE in Private Family Law
  , Strong track record handling complex financial and HNW cases
  , Proven leadership and business development skills
  , Excellent client care and relationship management abilities
  , Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset
