A new opportunity for an Employment Solicitor has arisen with a regional Employment law firm based in Leeds City Centre.

This position provides a great chance for an experienced solicitor to take on a 50/50 split of respondent and claimant work, managing a varied caseload that includes unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, settlement agreements, and employment tribunal claims.

As a senior solicitor, you will have the chance to work on more complex cases and advise clients on strategic matters, whilst maintaining strong relationships with both employers and employees

A business following is preferred, as it would be an advantage in helping to grow the firm's client base.
