Telecoms Paralegal

We are working with an award-winning and leading commercial law firm based in Leeds city centre who are recruiting for a Telecoms Paralegal to work in their busy team, providing high quality paralegal support to the departments partner and fee earners.

The Role

Providing paralegal support to the telecoms team, much of your role will involve supporting the partner of the team with transactional and leases work.

Key Responsibilities

• Working alongside the a small team of specialist telecoms solicitors


• Drafting legal documentation and dealing with correspondence.


• Reviewing and negotiating legal documents


• Liaising with clients to gather necessary information and documentation.


• Manage administrative tasks, ensuring proper documentation and record keeping.


• Conducting any legal research.

About You

• Upwards of 12 months previous paralegal experience (ideally within telecoms however commercial property experience will be considered)


• Strong client communication skills


• Team Player with lots of drive and initiative
