Production Operative

We are recruiting on behalf of a local company based in Buckfastleigh, who are seeking a reliable production operative to join their team.

As a production operative, you'll play an important part in ensuring our clients products reach their customers in perfect condition.

You'll be working in a supportive environment, where attention to detail and efficiency are valued.

This is a hands-on role, where you can take pride in your work while being part of a dedicated team.

No prior experience is necessary—just a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions carefully.

We're looking for someone who enjoys routine and can work with a steady pace to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packing finished products accurately and efficiently.


• Uisng a palletiser


• Ensuring product quality and safety standards are met.


• Organising and preparing orders for dispatch.


• Maintaining a clean and tidy work area.

Monday - Friday - 0830 - 1700 with immediate starts available.
