MLR are seeking a deeply passionate and inspiring Head Sommelier/ Wine Connoisseur to join one of Ireland's most prestigious and exclusive Private Members Clubs based in Dublin City Centre.

As head Sommelier, you will possess the skills, knowledge and experience to curate an exceptional wine program and will work closely with the culinary team to create wine and food pairings that enhance the overall dining experience.

You will use your bright personality and charm to relate and form strong rapport with all members, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience and come back time and time again asking for you! You will be conducting wine tastings for the members in the private members lounge and must be comfortable and engaging when presenting to groups.

WSET Level 3 or similar qualification is desirable.
