Residential Conveyancer

My client is a well-known and respected firm, recognised for their client-focused and forward-thinking approach.

They are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their established team in the Harrogate office.

The ideal candidate will have between 2-6 years PQE and be able to demonstrate a strong track record in handling a variety of residential property transactions.

You will be confident in managing your own caseload, liaising with clients, estate agents, and other professionals to ensure smooth progression from instruction to completion.

A CQS qualification is required for this role, in line with the firm's commitment to maintaining high standards of service in residential conveyancing.

The role offers autonomy, with the added benefit of working within a supportive, collaborative team.

Strong client-facing skills are essential, as the firm places great emphasis on delivering tailored, high-quality advice to its loyal client base.
