About the role

Within this Employment Solicitor role, you will be working with a focus on the education sector.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to make an impression and progress their career within a rapidly expanding and friendly team.

You will be working on a mixed caseload of matters acting on behalf of:

• Schools and academies


• Independent schools


• International education establishments

However, there is also more scope to refine your individual caseload into something more specific.

This role can be as bespoke as the candidate would like it to be.

As well as this, you will be expected to take part in Business Development Initiatives, build your own network and get involved in individual projects to help streamline the department even further.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have 3+ years PQE within Employment law, can work well under pressure, is wanting to hit the ground running in a busy department and is able to work well as part of a team.

No need for previous experience of education sector work - our client will consider any Employment background.
