Working Hours: 3 day shifts a week and 2x 12-hour weekend shifts

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Out of Hours Customer Relations Consultant (CRC) to join our team.

This role is ideal for an individual with strong leadership potential, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively recruit candidates for healthcare positions through multiple channels, including advertisements, networking, headhunting, and CV library.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure continued engagement and retention of candidates.


• Reactivate dormant or disengaged candidates to enhance our talent pool.


• Efficiently match candidates to client shifts in designated geographical areas, ensuring coverage aligns with client needs.


• Provide compassionate and empathetic support to clients and healthcare professionals.

Key Requirements:

✔ Previous experience in a service-related industry, ideally in customer support or healthcare.

✔ Experience handling on-call queries and urgent service requests.

✔ Fluent in English (should have prior experience communicating with UK clients).

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✔ Ability to work independently and manage high-pressure situations professionally.

✔ Matric (Grade 12) qualification is essential.

✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Email, Word, and Excel).
