We're working with a leader in outsourced back-office solutions to search for a Technical Support Engineer to join them on-site at their new offices just outside of Maidstone.

The organisation has technology at their core and utilises bespoke software platforms to consult with their customers and provide back-office outsourcing solutions to SMEs across the UK.

This role will lean more on project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:
, Provide 1-3rd Line Support to 100+ users.
, End-to-end technical project delivery.
, Ensure seamless operation and security of IT infrastructure.


Background required:
, Strong technical support background covering Windows 10/11 Desktop, Windows Server 2019+, Firewalls, VPNs, Hyper-V/Server Virtualisation, M365 administration/configuration.
, Some project delivery experience.
, Working independently rather than part of a larger/wider team.
