ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant - English Speaking

A leading ServiceNow partner in Saudi Arabia is looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant to support the design, development, and implementation of IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, Cloud Management, and AIOps
• Work closely with architects, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective ITOM solutions
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems to enhance automation and efficiency
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ITOM-related issues
• Ensure best practices are followed in configuration, customisation, and deployment of ITOM modules

Requirements:

• Experience in ServiceNow ITOM development and implementation
• Strong understanding of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and how they integrate with ServiceNow
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITOM) is preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia and work on-site
