A prestigious firm in Chester are seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Paralegal to join their highly regarded Commercial Property department.

They are a small close-knit team meaning you would work closely with the Solicitor gaining experience in a range of real estate matters.

As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will:

• Handle a mixed load of work, from typing to assisting with land registry.


• Work with the solicitors and trainees and assist on a range of cases, broadening your experience.


• Support property transactions.


• Provide administrative support.


• Liaise with clients and third parties.

The Ideal candidate:

• Experience in commercial property law.


• Comfortable handling a broad base of real estate work.
