About the role

Within this Corporate Solicitor role, you will be working on your own caseload of matters such as:

• Mergers and acquisitions


• Company reorganisations


• Private equity investment


• Cross border transactions


• Equity capital

This will be on behalf of healthcare, energy, industrials and technology alongside highly successful senior Associates and Partners.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have 2-5 years PQE within Corporate law, can work well under pressure and has fantastic client care skills.
