They are looking for a Head of System Engineering to lead a team of skilled engineers, oversee IT infrastructure, and drive automation projects.

Applicants should have a skill set that encompasses some or all the following (full training will be provided to fill any gaps in your skill set): Windows Server, Virtualization, VPN, Switching & Routing, PowerShell, Citrix, Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux Server Systems.

No prior experience in a specific industry is required, but leadership experience in IT system engineering is essential.

The tech stack primarily includes Windows Server and cloud solutions, but experience with Linux and automation tools is desirable.

Salary: CHF 120,000 - 140,000 + Bonus + Pension + Benefits
