Salary: M1 Outer London £36,143 - U3 Outer London £53,994

Teach Plus are currently working with a ‘GOOD' 3 -form entry primary school in Mill Hill, who are looking for an enthusiastic reception class teacher to join their thriving school.


The primary school aims to instil a passion for seeking wisdom and knowledge, a keenness to develop individual God-given talents and an eagerness to make a positive contribution to community.


As a school they want to support local children and the community we serve to be the best they can be and are looking for a reception class teacher to help support pupils through early years education.


As a Reception Class Teacher you will be required to:



  • Support children with additional needs, providing tailored support as required

  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for young children

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective curriculum

  • Maintain a well-organised classroom, ensuring resources and materials are easily accessible for children


The ideal candidate for a Reception Class Teacher will have:



  • Practical experience in a reception class or similar early years setting.

    Experience required

  • Understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum Experience required

  • Experience in observing and assessing children's progress, writing reports, and using this data to inform future teaching strategies
