Things you will be doing as a Hotel Operations Manager:

• Work with the General Manager to run the business day-to-day


• Implement brand standards


• Liaise with the local market to ensure the property reflects the area


• Select, review and interview potential employees


• Help build a strong employee brand and inspire your team

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• An extensive F&B background


• A strong background in independent establishments


• A strong understanding of P&Ls.


• Are driven and passionate about the industry


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
