The role

As a Corporate Solicitor, you will manage a diverse workload encompassing high-value mergers and acquisitions, shareholders' agreements, and the negotiation of complex supply contracts.You will play a pivotal role in delivering the exceptional service for which the firm is renowned, developing meaningful relationships with clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders' agreements, and complex supply contracts.​


• Providing clear and concise legal advice to clients.​


• Preparing and maintaining file documentation in line with compliance requirements.​

About you

The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and ready to make an impact.

You will have:

• NQ- 4 PQE Solicitor - with a keen interest or background in Corporate Law.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with a focus on client care.​


• The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
