Court of Protection Solicitor

An award-winning firm in Manchester is recruiting an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join their Court of Protection team as a Grade B fee earner.

The firm has grown organically over many years and has a strong reputation in their community for the quality of their client care.

As a Court of Protection Solicitor, you will manage a caseload and provide expert legal advice on a range of Court of Protection matters, whilst supervising and mentoring the junior team members that are supporting you.

You will also assist in the development and marketing of the department.

This role is ideal for a candidate that has previous experience handling Court of Protection cases, and a commitment to high-quality client care.

The role requires working well both independently and as a team, and the successful candidate will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
